SUNMAXXING, and why should spend time in nature.

Sunmaxx – sunmaxxing – (verb): letting the powerful rays of sun vivify your body, from your feet (bare) to your balls. Countless health and aesthetic benefits, as well as being a big F U you to modern society and the globalist bugmen. Example phrases: “I sunmaxx 30 minutes daily.”

A question from someone inspired this post. This is all fairly intuitive information. Here are some of the reasons why one experiences clarity and rejuvenation when out in nature, speaking very generally. Go outside.

UV light – UV rays react with cholesterol in the skin to form vitamin D. Vitamin D is critical to immune function and the absorption of calcium and many other minerals. UV light has also been shown to reduce blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, increase the efficiency of the heart, improve metabolism, increase weight loss, improve hormonal profile, improve the gut microbiome, and increase libido. This recent study in cell reports showed that UV light exposure in the skin & eyes increased testosterone production & libido and most importantly it helped to make the rats dangerously attractive / sexy to their partners. You will also notice increased vascularity – your bloodflow will be stronger and improved. Your veins will emerge as if you were training.

Bright light – sunny days are anywhere from 100-1000x brighter in terms of lux than indoor lighting. Brightness has a profound effect on mood, fertility, and libido. It also helps regulate and set your circadian rhythm. (There are two diets you control – food and light. Nail both for beauty and beauty sleep.) People with seasonal effective disorder from lack of bright lack have higher incidences of fatigue, sickness, insomnia, depression, and suicide.

Full spectrum light – sunlight is much more than bright UV light. It has the full visible spectrum + many invisible electromagnetic wavelengths like infrared. Many of the most important enzymes in the body are colour sensitive. Red light has also been shown to help with migraines and collagen synthesis. Blue light has been shown to treat arthritis and jaundice. Green activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Infrared light can penetrate deep into tissues and has been shown to help depression. When you sunbathe, you’re ingesting an entire rainbow of colours through your eyes and skin. Whereas staring at screens all day you’re only ingesting one or a handful of colours. It’s the difference between junk food and whole food.

NOTE: This is why sunglasses can be extremely detrimental. You will greatly reduce the level of light exposure hitting the eyes – while it will hit your skin and have some effect, great benefits are conveyed through the eyes. It is also important for visual health and strength to be exposed to these varying levels of light (and varying distances, btw. All the more reason to go outside.) Wearing sunglasses will trick your body and confuse its perception of time, especially when worn in the morning. So don’t wear them. Our eyes are made to adapt to massive variations in light, that’s why we can see in near darkness, and in the brightest of sunny days. They adapt.

NOTE 2: Sunscreen. Or more aptly put, soyscreen. Yes, if you are completely unadapted to the sun, and you want to go swimming for four hours straight, you will get burnt. Sunscreen will prevent this. But that’s not necessary. Sun tolerance is built like muscular endurance. Just add more weight, so to speak. Key to attaining the perfect tan and healthy skin is also an increase of saturated animal fats, vitamin C rich foods, and plenty of beef liver (mega amounts of vit. A.) Supplement astaxanthin if you need extra. Avoid seed oils.

And the general advice of not being an idiot and getting burnt. Be prudent with your sun exposure, but eventually you won’t have any issues if you do it properly. Wear hats and use clothing instead of sunscreen.  Hydrate plenty, get your essential minerals. Topical MgCl can also help.

Little or no EMFs:
You are regularly exposed to EMFs—not only when you’re out in public, but also inside your home. Most of the radiation emits from your cellphone, cell towers, computers, and Wi-Fi. According to the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, EMFs are “invisible areas of energy, often referred to as radiation, that are associated with the use of electrical power.”  (Not all EMFs are bad, though, as sunlight and UVB that make vitamin D in your skin along with near-infrared radiation (IR) are very healthy.) Broadly speaking, EMFs are categorized into ionizing and nonionizing radiation. Most agree on the hazards associated with ionizing radiation, which is why the dental hygienist covers you with a lead apron when taking X-rays. Similarly, you would expect to get sunburned if your bare skin was overexposed to the sun’s powerful UV rays, which is a form of ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation is generally believed to have enough energy to break the covalent bonds in DNA but actually most of the damage is due to the oxidative stress resulting in excessive free radicals.

The type of EMF your cellphone emits is in the microwave 2- to 5-gigahertz range. In addition to your cellphone, electronics such as baby monitors, Bluetooth devices, cordless phones, smart thermostats, and Wi-Fi routers consistently emit microwave radiation at levels that may damage your mitochondria. Sauce:

Mental clarity:
This one is obvious. If you’re walking over a field or in a forest you are not looking at your cellphone or worrying about dumb shit. Presence is kind of a precondition for experience in nature.

Fresh air:
Less pollution and more filtration from the plants.

Don’t wear gay rubber soled shoes. Use your bare feet (not manufactured in China, but rather by God himself) to walk on the earth. You will develop your feet muscles and muscle fascia. There is also some research which suggests that the earth is a living matrix with a central connection to all living cells, and that because these matrices are held together by electrical conductivity, the energy acts as an immune system defence (sort of like antioxidants). The body restores its natural defences by connecting to the matrix through grounding.
