FULL Beef Liver/Heart Recipe

The name is “FULL Beef Liver/Heart” in homage to the great Kyriakos Grizzly, and also because of the bombastic flavor of the dish. Mostly everything is optional, but the more you add the better it shall be. Especially the honey.


Beef liver and/or heart.
Olive oil.
Butter – 20g.
Honey – 3tsp.
Garlic – sliced.
1-2 onions – diced.
Bell pepper.
Beef stock.


1. Fry the onions, bell pepper, and garlic in the olive oil.
(Optional). Boil the beef till almost dry for tenderness, then add to main pan.
2. Add the beef liver and/or heart. Cook till almost dry.
3. Add the butter, honey, and spices. Cook for a little longer.
4. Serve with rice or potatoes.
