Thriving Infinity

Fading leaves in the autumn sun.
Green.
Orange.
Red.

Swirling eddies in a mountain stream.
Down.
Into the river.
Swallowed into the thriving infinity.

Crimson red with the smell of copper.
Blood.
The ichor of our mortal race.
Doomed to die.
